Excellent, knowledgeable and honest!. We were camping in a nearby campsite and our Volkswagen campervan would not start. Although they were very busy Bitton Motor company sent out a mechanic who was very friendly and polite. It turned out that we had a flat battery. The mechanic jump started our van and told us to stop by the garage after driving the van around for 30 minutes or so to charge battery. We dropped by and the mechanic tested the battery to check it was functioning correctly. It was. Refused to charge us for work. Could easily have sold us a new battery or other work. Wish this garage was near where we live!!
I had to do some work on a friend's car after she had it MOTed here. They messed up the mot form, telling us to change parts on the wrong side of the vehicle and then refused to admit responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of facing the issue like adults and being reasonable they were rude and dismissive, hanging up the phone on me. I'm only putting one star because you can't put zero.
I bought my first Car from here back in 2012. An old W reg fiesta with a crazy 21k on the clock and it's still going well thanks to all the welding work this Garage has put in. The quality of work has always been excellent and so is the value for money, I will continue using this Garage and recomend to anyone.
